Request an assessment
One player. One measured session. One honest conversation about what her numbers say to train next.
Who this is for
Families who want answers about their player, not about players in general. Her first three steps. Her landing on the plant leg. Her strength for where her body is in its growth.
It's also the right move when something has changed: close plays she used to beat, fading by the Sunday bracket, a sore arm every Monday, or a packed calendar that's starting to show.

Questions parents ask
What’s the difference between this and Evaluation Day™?
Evaluation Day™ is a group session with a standard set of measurements. An assessment is private, digs further into your athlete in particular, and finishes with a one-on-one conversation about her results.
Are we signing up for training by requesting one?
No. The assessment stands on its own. You leave with the data and our honest read — and if the honest read is that her current setup is working, that is exactly what we will say.
Can our team or school coach see the results?
With your permission, absolutely. Most coaches welcome objective numbers on their players, and development moves faster when club, family, and trainer are looking at the same picture.
