Your organization develops players. Who develops the athletes?
Travel softball builds skill. Physical preparation is usually the gap nobody owns — and it decides who is still quick to the ball in the Sunday bracket, in July.
What a partnership looks like
One standard of athletic development across your teams, instead of a dozen families solving it separately.
How it works
1. Baseline the group
We measure every athlete — acceleration, change of direction, jump and landing quality, strength for stage. You get the picture for each team, not just individuals.
2. Train to the gaps
Programming built for your season, your calendar, and the ages in your organization. In person in the Triangle, online anywhere.
3. Re-measure and report
Progress is a number. You see what moved, by team and by athlete, and where the load risk sits before it becomes an injury list.
What coaches and families say
- 150+ athletes earned college scholarships
- 100+ went on to Division I programs
- 14 High School All-Americans
- 13 National Team members
When I needed someone to train me at the highest level possible, work around lingering injuries, and know I have the propensity to overwork myself, the choice was a no brainer. I walked into spring and summer 2021 in the best physical shape possible to compete for a roster spot on the Italian National Softball Team. He trained me over thousands of miles, many different weight rooms, quarantines, limited equipment, time zones and a heavy travel schedule. Even though I didn’t make the final Olympic roster, I was healthy and I was very strong.
Pricing
Club and team pricing is worked out per partnership — it depends on roster numbers, how many teams you want covered, and whether sessions run in person or online. Bulk pricing is available and we're happy to discuss it.
Tell us the shape of your organization below and we'll come back with something specific.
Club and team enquiries

Questions parents ask
How small an organization is too small?
None. We work with single teams and with organizations running a dozen. The structure changes, the standard does not.
Do you replace what our coaches already do?
No. We handle physical preparation so your coaches can spend their time on softball. The two run alongside each other.
Can this run entirely online?
Yes. Programming, testing protocols, video feedback and reporting all work remotely — that is how we support organizations outside the Triangle.
What does it cost?
It depends on roster size, how many teams are covered and whether sessions are in person or online. Bulk pricing is available. Send an enquiry and we will give you real numbers rather than a range that fits nobody.
